Do you offer virtual sessions?
Yes, our service are primarily virtual. You’ll just need a private space, reliable internet, and a device with a camera and microphone. I use Google Meet, which is a HIPAA-compliant video platform. If you’re using a computer, you will just need the link provided to you, typically through email or if using a phone, a text before your session. If you don’t current use Google, you may need to download the Google Meet app and use the link to connect.
Do you offer in person sessions?
We currently do not offer in person sessions for individual therapy. Some services such as specialized groups, Assessments with testing needs and court mandated services are typically held in person but we also have virtual options available.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes, we current accept 46 different BCBS and BCN plans, and most Medicaid plans. We add new insurance plans frequently. You can contact us to inquire if your plan is accepted.
For our self pay clients and those without insurance please reach out for more information and to explore our self pay rates.
Most court ordered assessments are not covered by your insurance plan. Give us a call to explore your specific situation. Reduced fees are available.
What are your fees for individual therapy?
Therapy Intake Session - $200
55-minute individual therapy session - $175
45-minute individual therapy session - $125
90 minute Group therapy- $35-50 per session
Most insurance plans cover these services. Your plan may require a copay for services. Reduce fees are available for those who are uninsured. Give us a call and let us help you explored your options.
What can I expect if I reach out?
You will be asked to provide some basic information and then you will receive an email link to fill out and sign your required forms before your first session.
